The Wisconsin Jaycees have 3 conventions every year, always hosted by a local Jaycees chapter.
The winter convention is the Year-End Awards Ceremony & Banquet. The banquet is formal, black tie optional.
Convention gives members the opportunity to receive valuable training, meet Jaycees from all over the state, participate in competitions, receive awards, and
attend the corporate meetings.
Training courses
offered usually include several personal growth choices as well as one fun course. Meeting Jaycees from all over the
state and making new friends stays with us our entire Jaycee career. Competitions such as Brownfield, Armbruster,
Speak-Up, and Write-Up give members a chance to show off the personal growth skills they’ve learned in the Jaycees.
The awards ceremonies
are always energized and there’s nothing quite like hearing your name and your chapter’s name called to receive an award. The
WI Jaycees corporate meeting gives members the opportunity to witness exactly how the state board works.
